Please remember each candle is hand made and individually poured so there may be some colour variations, imperfections, wax frosting.

Refund Policy

 In accordance with art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to return a product, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working of days excluding weekends.

The shipping costs of the returned Product are borne by the Buyer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample items and sales items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Dameged products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
